Our Favorite LA Date Spots (And What to Wear to Them)

Our summer collection is full of romantic styles perfect for any date night occasion. Read on to discover some of our favorites, and check out the LA date night spots we'd wear them to!

Margaritas & Tacos

One perk of living in LA is that you're always a stone's throw away from incredible Mexican food. Some of our favorite date spots for a fresh margarita and tacos include the rooftop at LA Cha Cha Cha, classic vintage vibes at Casa Vega, or famous westside spot Don Antonio's. Vegan? Try Gracias Madre or De Buena Planta. 

For this date we're wearing a cute floral mini that we can pair with tennis shoes, soft cotton midi dresses with essential pockets, or feminine tops crafted from delicate eyelet.

Movie Night 

A trip to the theaters is a classic date night move, and we have some incredible spots here in LA to try! Looking for a luxe experience? Try iPic Theaters. Here you can order drinks and dinner right to your seat. Choose from recliners or chaise loungers. If you prefer a more old school experience, try the New Beverly Cinema. You'll find classic films and cult favorites screened in 35mm or 16mm film. 

For any kind of movie night, we're going for comfort. Layers are a must for air-conditioned theaters, as well as easy dresses with relaxed silhouettes. 

Daytripping

Living in LA means we're a couple hours away from a ton of unique destinations to explore. Spending the day discovering Santa Barbara? Make sure to check out the Old Mission, Stearns Wharf, and the Botanic Gardens. If you're headed to the desert, stop in Pioneertown for vintage western vibes, or check out the outdoor art at Salvation Mountain. 

For any kind of day trip we're looking for that perfect balance between comfort and style. Try camisoles that can be layered, effortless cotton dresses with pockets, or easy one-and-done jumpsuits.  

Beach Day

Craving sun and sand? Take your sweetie to the beach! Check out Will Rogers State Beach, Point Dume State Beach, or take your pup to Rosie's Dog Beach. 

For a beach day, we're packing lightweight swim cover-ups, skirts that can be layered over a swimsuit, and dreamy maxi dresses that transition to post-beach drinks.
