EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Lovestitch will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise in the contiguous United States for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Promo Codes used on Sale Items: Anything purchased on the website on sale, using an additional promo code for an additional discount will be considered FINAL SALE. This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. No exceptions.
40% Discounted Sale Items: Anything purchased on the website with a sale price of 40% off or more will be considered FINAL SALE. This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. No exceptions.
Returning your items is EASY: Simply fill out our Fast & Easy Contact Form with "Return Request" and your order number in the subject line. Once approved, further instructions will be e-mailed to you. You can also call 1-844-213-7024 for return authorization.
Refunds are Simple: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 15 days of the received shipping date. After 15 days, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Devon Leigh Jewelry Returns: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 15 days of the received shipping date. After 15 days, jewelry is considered FINAL SALE.
Unauthorized Returns: If you send your items back without notifying us, there will be a delay in processing your return. Furthermore, if you send your items back to us outside of the 30-day window requesting a credit or return, should we accept the return, items will be subject to restocking fee of a minimum of $10.00.
Prepaid UPS Return e-Label: We can send you a prepaid UPS return label to your e-mail inbox to return your items. The cost of the prepaid label is $7.95 if you're returning 1-2 items, $9.95 for 3-4 items, and $12.95 for 5 or more items. If you opt to get store credit for your full price items, we will waive the fee of the return label and issue you store credit. You also have the option of sending your items back on your own, we do recommend that you insure the package and hold onto your tracking number.
Sale Items: Anything purchased on the website on sale will be considered a final sale but eligible for store credit. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 1-844-213-7024 to see if you're eligible for store credit on a sale item!
Holiday Returns: Items purchased December 5-24: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 30 days of the received shipping date. After 30 days, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for store credit. After 60 days, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Lovestitch items NOT purchased through www.shoplovestitch.com
Returns/Exchanges outside of the contiguous U.S. : We apologize but we are unable to send prepaid return labels for returns/exchanges for orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. You may send the items back to us on your own and we can process returns/exchanges once we receive the items back from you. International Exchanges We apologize but we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send items back to us using any trackable shipping method to the address listed below. Once we receive your package, we will process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We apologize but we cannot accept COD returns. Your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item, less shipping/tax/duty costs incurred initially on your order and any other costs on the return.
