Lovestitch Sample Coordinator

Lovestitch is a versatile women’s clothing brand based in Downtown Los Angeles. We draw our inspiration from the Californian lifestyle, from the beaches to the city, to the canyons and beyond. We are known for our flattering cuts, effortlessly chic designs, and modern bohemian style.

We are looking for a highly organized Sample Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will work cross-functionally to manage incoming and outgoing samples for the Product Development, Marketing, and Sales teams. You will work closely with multiple departments across multiple deliveries to ensure all samples are received and distributed according to schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and manage samples across multiple departments
Manage sample handover from Product Development to the Marketing team
Pull, organize, and pack samples for all photoshoots
Coordinate with Technical Design and Merchandising to borrow proto or fit samples when necessary
Coordinate dates to ensure samples are available for key meetings and shoots
Facilitate samples being borrowed between internal departments with a check-out, check-in system
Manage sample database in excel
Own weekly samples reporting
Receive and log in all incoming packages
Assist during style outs
Be a product expert! Know the ins and outs of the entire product line

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of related work experience managing a samples closet
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate competing requests from different business partners and resolve in partnership with Sr management
Strong excel skills preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Bridge & Photoshop a plus
Fashion experience a plus
