Showroom Sales Associate

Job duties
- Greeting customers, as they arrive at the showroom and inquire into their purpose of visit.
- Create and maintain product line sheets via PowerPoint and Excel
- Provide invoices and images for orders placed online, in showroom or via phone
- Assist with directing general phone calls to the correct person or department
- Assist in placement of product samples per merchandising layout, pulling of samples when sold out and/ or when needed to be sent to customers
- Provide support to sales via showroom visits, email, phone, researching and prospecting new accounts

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of related work experience working in Related sales assistant job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate competing requests from different business partners and resolve in partnership with Sr management
- Strong excel skills preferred in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Adobe Bridge & Photoshop a plus
- Fashion experience a plus
- Organized and detail oriented
- Friendly and inspirational team player with a great attitude and positive mindset and are apt to saying “yes” or “we’ll try”
- Bilingual preferred
