This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning and growing within the fashion industry.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. This person will approach the position with an entrepreneurial spirit and report directly to our CEO. They will oversee all aspects of retail operations (front-of-house, visual merchandising, inventory control) balancing premium customer service with profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of employees and contractors
  • Analyze monthly sales performance and create stretch and smart goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Develop strategies for driving key metrics and growth
  • Produce store schedules
  • Direct all aspects of retail inventory management, purchasing, and receiving
  • Oversee the buying, assortment planning, and replenishment of inventory
  • Manage relationships with vendors, designers, and key brands
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to pre-plan seasonal merchandising flips
  • Ensure store standards are being maintained throughout the day

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ retail management experience, preferably in a boutique clothing environment
  • Demonstrated history of successfully leading a team with a focus on employee development and growth
  • Comfortable managing store budgets
  • Experienced with managing employee schedules
  • Visual merchandising experience preferred
  • Buying experience preferred
  • Desire to learn and grow with the brand
  • Highly communicative; receives and delivers feedback constructively
  • Ability to multitask with strong organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, G Suite, Email)
  • Experience with Shopify POS system a plus
  • Availability on weekends and holidays
