Shipping Fees

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.00. For orders under $150.00 USD there will be a flat rate shipping charge of $7.95.

Shipping Fulfillment

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. International Duties must be covered by recipient. Orders shipped to PO boxes can not be expedited.

Lovestitch will gladly accept full priced unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of receipt, as long as the item is not Final Sale. Items discounteded 40% off or more are considered final sale, or for store credit only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Returns

Simply create your RMA using returns.shoplovestitch.com or email customer service at customercare@shoplovestitch.com. Once approved, further instructions will be e-mailed to you.

Refunds

Your original form of payment will be credited for eligible returns mailed within 30 days of the received shipping date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Sale Items

Anything purchased on the website at a discount of 40% or more will be considered a final sale, but will be considered for store credit. Please contact customercare@shoplovestitch.com to see if you're eligible for store credit on a sale item!
