    Shipping Fulfillment

    Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

    Shipping Destinations

    We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. International Duties must be covered by recipient. Orders shipped to PO boxes can not be expedited.

    Lovestitch will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of receipt, as long as the item is not Final Sale. Using a discount code that exceeds 40% off will render your purchase final sale, or for store credit only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

    Simply create your RMA using returns.shoplovestitch.com or email customer service at customercare@shoplovestitch.com. Once approved, further instructions will be e-mailed to you.

    Refunds

    Your original form of payment will be credited for eligible returns mailed within 30 days of the received shipping date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

    So glad I treated myself!

    This was a great buy....... got the medium which fit perfectly (I’m 5’5’’ - 140lbs) usually around a size 8/10. It is so flattering on and I would imagine can work for a lot of body types. It’s so comfortable and elegant looking. If you need to cover up the back or v-neck it will still look beautiful with a bralette .... the bralette I show in the photo covers most of the back opening. There is a small tie that is adjustable around the ribcage which is nice if you want to cinch it up a bit under the bust or leave for a more flowing look.     Buying a dress online is a 50/50 gamble. If you like the dress in the photo, you will love this well made romantic dress. Even the open back lays nice and not puckery.
