We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00 USD there will be a flat rate shipping charge of $7.95.

Shipping Fulfillment

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. International Duties must be covered by recipient. Orders shipped to PO boxes can not be expedited.

Lovestitch will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Returns

Simply email customer service at customercare@shoplovestitch.com, or call 1-844-213-7024 for return approval. Once approved, further instructions will be e-mailed to you.

Refunds

Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 15 days of the received shipping date. After 15 days, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final.
