Valentine's day is fast approaching. How will you be celebrating (or avoiding) this February 14th?

For those of us who are coupled up, we love to celebrate by keeping it simple. A reservation at your favorite restaurant is a classic move, but why not skip the crowds and make dinner at home? Better yet, order takeout, light those "special" candles you've been saving for a special occasion, and set the mood with a dreamy playlist.
Some of our favorite styles to inspire romance at home or on the town:
How Sweet It Is Mini Dress, $72
Love the idea of a quiet night at home but can't imagine pulling it off without well-meaning kids interrupting? It's hard enough to find time for romance on the other 364 days of the year when you have your littles running around. Try involving them in the festivities. Have them help with dinner, or choosing takeout, and celebrate as a family. Once they're in bed, plan some one-on-one time with your sweetie over some dessert or a glass of wine.
Comfortable yet chic outfits:
Ingrid Floral Maxi Dress, $104
For those of us who are single, February 14th might not have the same meaning. For some it can be a challenging day, for others an annoyance, and for some it's nothing more than any other day of the year. If you use Valentine's Day as a "treat yourself" day, why not draw yourself a hot bath and turn on your favorite movie? Valentine's Day can mean self-love, too!
Treat yourself to some of our favorites:
Apollo Tie Front Top, $60
Love Always Ruffled Maxi Dress, $72
Anita Kimono, $98
Happy Valentine's Day, however you're spending it! ❤️
