Easy Returns & Exchanges

Lovestitch will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Returning your items is EASY:  Simply email customer service at customercare@shoplovestitch.com, or call 1-844-213-7024 x140 for return approval. Once approved, further instructions will be e-mailed to you. 

Refunds are simple: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 15 days of the received shipping date. After 15 days, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Prepaid UPS Return e-Label: We can send you a prepaid UPS return label to your e-mail inbox to return your items. The cost of the prepaid label is $7.95 if you're returning 1-2 items, $9.95 for 3-4 items, and $12.95 for 5 or more items. If you opt to get store credit for your full price items, we will waive the fee of the return label and issue you store credit. You also have the option of sending your items back on your own, we do recommend that you insure the package and hold onto your tracking number. 

Sale Items: Anything purchased on the website on sale will be considered a final sale but eligible for store credit. Please contact customercare@shoplovestitch.com, or call 1-844-213-7024 to see if you're eligible for store credit on a sale item!

Promo Codes used on Sale Items: Anything purchased on the website on sale, using an additional promo code for an additional discount will be considered FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges, no exceptions. 

Holiday Returns: Items purchased December 5-24: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 45 days of the received shipping date. After 45 days, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for store credit. After 45 days, all sales are final.

International Exchanges We apologize but we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customercare@shoplovestitch.com.

International Returns
Please send items back to us using any trackable shipping method to the address listed below. Once we receive your package, we will process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We apologize but we cannot accept COD returns. Your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item, less shipping/tax/duty costs incurred initially on your order and any other costs on the return.

Please call us at immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

Back orders

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and then we'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket and during checkout. We will contact you via email if the date changes. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive. We will contact you via email if the item's due date changes.

California Proposition 65

Some of our products such as handbags, luggage, clutches, totes, clothing, and accessories may be made of materials containing chemicals identified on the California Prop 65 list of chemicals. In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers “Warning: These products contain one or more chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."

Domestic Shipping Costs

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00 USD there will be a flat rate shipping charge of $7.95.

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. International Duties must be covered by recipient. At this time, we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s Etailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at AD $200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Next Day Shipping-Domestic Only

We can only fulfill next day shipping orders if orders are placed before 2pm PST. Any order that is placed after 2pm PST with an overnight delivery request will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.

Free Shipping Info

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders $250 or more. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise.

Taxes, Duties: Free shipping offer valid only in the US. Free shipping is not applicable for orders for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Lovestitch Proprietary Photographs

  Lovestitch Clothing has a highly regulated contract with not only our models but also our photographers. Each contract's legalese explicitly prohibit the use of all images on any website or under any brand name other than "www.shoplovestitch.com".

 You will find every product image needed for your wholesale purposes on www.lovestitchla.com and/or www.fashiongo.net. If you are unable to find the images that you need, please contact customercare@azizla.com.
